• Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected plan.
• Users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription. To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team at support@bigbankfx.com.
• Refunds are not available for subscription periods beyond the initial 7 days.
• The refund policy does not apply to personalized coaching sessions under the Pro Plan.

All content on BigBankFX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of BigBankFX and is protected by copyright laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without the express written consent of BigBankFX.

User Conduct:
